Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Letron are final and non-refundable as a general rule. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

This applies to:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • Any one-time purchases or add-ons

2. Annual Subscriptions — Limited Exception

For annual subscription plans only, we offer a limited exception. You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date, provided that:

  1. This is your first annual subscription (not a renewal)
  2. You have not generated more than 10 tracks using the Service
  3. You have not downloaded, exported, or distributed any content generated through the Service

If all conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of the annual subscription fee. Refunds are not available for annual subscription renewals.

3. No Refunds for the Following

Regardless of circumstances, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or creative output
  • Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
  • Partial subscription periods remaining after cancellation
  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed

4. Exceptions for Technical Issues

If you experience a critical technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service entirely, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days of your report, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit for the affected period, at Letron's sole discretion.

Refunds (rather than credits) may be considered for:

  • Duplicate charges — accidental double-billing for the same subscription period
  • Unauthorized charges — confirmed fraudulent transactions on your payment method

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under an eligible exception:

  1. Email info@letronmusic.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address, purchase date, and reason for the request
  3. We will respond within 5 business days

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
